He has served as an actor and head of Xizang Autonomous Region Song and Dance Troupe, deputy director of Xizang Autonomous Region Cultural Bureau, vice chairman of Tibet Political Consultative Conference and chairman of Tibet Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, vice chairman of China Musicians Association and vice chairman of China Minority Vocal Music Society.
Cai Danzhuoma is the first generation of Tibetan singers in New China. Her songs were recorded on records and tapes. 1 February 19841day, Deyang Zhuo Ma was born in dege county, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. She is the daughter of an ordinary Tibetan farmer. She prefers art and vocal music. Like her parents, she is lively and cheerful, and has been exposed to the essence of Kangba children's songs and dances since she was a child. Zhuo Ma in Deyang was forced to drop out of school when he read the second day of junior high school because his family was not rich. She and her mother went to the county to sell apples to save tuition. At home, she helps her parents herd cattle while reading a book. After finishing junior high school, she was admitted to a secondary school in the capital of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture with the tenth place. However, due to the economic conditions at home, she could not continue her studies. Deyang Zhuo Ma came to Beijing to work and go to school. Zhuo Ma of Deyang, who had completed his three-year study of electric power specialty in Beijing, wanted to go home to be an electric power engineer, but he stumbled upon it by mistake.
