The establishment of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy can further mobilize the creative enthusiasm of painting and calligraphy artists in the whole region, give full play to the role of a bridge and link between literature and painting and calligraphy, make friends from all corners of the country, and better publicize, serve and develop Jia Wang. After Wang's many appeals, Jia Wang Wenlian and Dadongshan Painting and Calligraphy Institute were established one after another, and Jia Wang's literary lovers finally had their own homes.

At the Kuala Lumpur Art Exhibition, he seized this rare opportunity to make friends from all walks of life, publicize Xuzhou's long-standing Chinese culture, promote Jia Wang's investment environment, and played a beautiful "diplomatic card of calligraphy and painting".

Committee member Wang's attachment to his hometown is also seen in the eyes of urban leaders and kept in mind. They tried their best to support Wang's creation and development.
