Weibei's calligraphy works

During the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, calligraphy theory got unprecedented development and gained a lot. There are four main styles of calligraphy (written by Wei Heng), official script (written by Cheng Gongsui), cursive script (written by Suo Jing), running script (written by Jin), cursive script (written by Yang Quan) and flying white (written by Liu Shaoshu, above for the Western Jin Dynasty).

Ancient Names (by Yang Xin), Lun Shu Biao (by Yu Hu), Lun Shu, Bi Yi Zan (by Wang Sengqian), Wen Zi Mu Zhi (by Wang Wei), Lun Shu Biao (by Jiang Shi) and Lun Shu Qi with Liang Wudi (by Tao Hongjing).

These works play an important role in the development history of calligraphy theory.
