Cai Dacheng, male, Han nationality, 1955, was born in Beijing. He jumped the queue in Yan 'an, Shaanxi, and then studied in the Economics Department of Northwest University. He has served as policy research office and library editor of China Academy of Sciences, deputy director of folk literature editorial department of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and director of editorial department of "Towards the Future" series, and later worked as a planner in China Rural Trust and Investment Company. 1998, worked in a law firm in Beijing. Planned the establishment of Dalian Commodity Exchange and the listing of Torch Co., Ltd., and made suggestions for the bribery case and the Olympic rings infringement case. Published papers include "Ecological Deconstruction of the Myths and Legends of Yarrow", "Geomantic elements of Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum and the worship of the Western Queen Mother" and so on. At present, he is also the Deputy Secretary-General of China Mythology Society and a researcher of Tsinghua University Sports Economy and Law Research Center. He also presided over the word-measuring column in Baidu Word-measuring Bar and measured more than 7,000 words. He inherited the true biography of Cai Shen's "Jiu Feng School" in Song Dynasty and made some innovations in the theory of measuring characters.
