He Sihui Li Zheng was born in China. Sihui City is located in the middle of Guangdong, east of Zhaoqing, the northwest edge of the Pearl River Delta, and the lower reaches of the three rivers in the west, north and Guangzhou. The Tropic of Cancer divides the whole territory into two parts, bordering Sanshui District of Foshan City in the east, Dinghu District of Zhaoqing City in the south, Guang Ningxian in the northwest and Qingxin District of Qingyuan City in the northeast, belonging to the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone.
