Xiping Town, Qujing City is the first city at the source of the Pearl River. Originally the seat of Zhanyi County People's Government, it is one of the ancient important towns in eastern Yunnan. Tianshengba, about 4 kilometers to the west of the town, is surrounded by mountains and has a small lake inside. Now it is called Niuguohe Reservoir. The waterworks built next to it and the water used in Xiping Town are supplied here. On the eastern hillside, the pine trees are dense, which contrast with the small lake and appear elegant and quiet; The lake is far away from the village, and there is little cultivated land around it, which adds to the Shan Ye atmosphere here. On the gentle slope in the west of the lake, there is a cave called Tiansheng Cave, which has become a famous tourist area in recent years.

Tiansheng Cave was originally named Xianren Cave. According to Guangxu's Historical Records of Zhanyizhou, the immortal cave in Shangcun and the stone Buddha statue are like immortal scenes. It has the same name as Tiansheng Dam. After six years of Qianlong (174 1), the king of the county went into the cave for sightseeing, witnessed the wonders in the cave and wrote Fairy Cave. It is said that there was a temple in Tianshengba at that time. From the wind to drive the classics and turn the leaves, the monk passed on the lotus phoenix poem. This is a Buddhist temple, but it has disappeared today. The nearby natural waterfall was once listed as one of the eight scenic spots in Zhanyi. In recent years, with the development of economy and tourism, the government has invested in development and turned it into a tourist attraction.
