Silent Reading Lesson 6: Zhang Qiusheng's Little Clap Fairy Tales
There are at least three kinds of books that can make children laugh until they forget to eat and sleep. One is Yang's Naughty Boy Ma Xiaotiao series, the other is the comic book Ashi series, and the Little Clap Fairy Tales.

In about 2006, I became attached to Zhang Qiusheng. In an old Xinhua bookstore in Ling Street, Yunxian County, "Little Pat Fairy Tales" caught my attention. Short and interesting stories, picturesque fairy tales, like Aesop's fables, read like pistachios, and naturally inspire and educate you after you smile, but this is by no means a mechanical and pale sermon, but vivid, wise and powerful.

I still clearly remember that it was a set of Selected Fairy Tales of Zhang Qiusheng published by Qingdao Publishing House, with a set of four books on a gray background, including the Elf in the Old Wooden Box, the Wolf Hiding in the Window, the Swan Carrying a Wild Duck and the Shadow of the Black Witch. I don't remember which class I taught in, and put it in the book corner for young students to borrow. There are only one or two books left now.

I still remember that in the exercise class, I asked the students to conceive an article "Greedy Little Lion" by themselves first, and then put the original text of Teacher Zhang Qiusheng out; Sometimes, I tell the story first and then ask the students to repeat it. Through this repeated comparison, we can find the gap and learn from the screenwriter, which is interesting. Everyone is making rapid progress.

Know more, know many of his fairy tales, and be selected into various primary school textbooks. Looking at the published fairy tales one by one, I am amazed at his exuberant creativity and even more at the excellent quality of his works.

Zhang Qiusheng's Little Clap Fairy Tales combines the themes of life, friendship, persistence, help, frustration, courage, affection, kindness, curiosity and uniqueness, which give children a space for independent thinking and a free soul. Children can feel it between the lines without any preaching.

Many post-80s and post-90s parents grew up reading Zhang Qiusheng's books!

Classics can stand the test of time and are worth reading again. Many of Mr. Zhang Lao's works, like evergreen trees, have long been on the best-seller lists of major platforms.

Many children are his die-hard fans. From kindergarten to primary school, parents will choose his books as gifts for their children, and teachers often recommend students to read his books.

Attached "The Greedy Little Lion"

Mother lion keeps a little lion.

This is a very greedy little lion. He eats everything and swallows it without chewing.

Silent appreciation

The writer closely follows the feature of gluttony, which has two meanings: no matter what you eat, will you think that modern people, including centipedes and maggots, dare to eat anything, flying in the sky, running on the ground and swimming in the water? "Swallow it without chewing". Do you think Pig Bajie stole the ginseng fruit? Ha ha!

One day, he saw a grasshopper jumping on the grass.

The lion stepped forward and swallowed the grasshopper without saying anything.

The grasshopper danced disco in the lion's belly, singing his own songs, and the more he jumped, the stronger he became.

Silent appreciation

A good writer will pay attention to choosing and tempering verbs-jumping and swallowing; A good writer's imagination always flies high, paying attention to both the earth and the sky. There is a real world and a virtual world, and the virtual and the reality coexist. The grasshopper danced and sang, and the imagination was novel, which also laid a good foundation for the development of the following story.

The little lion couldn't stand the trouble, so he went to his mother.

Mother said, "Who told you to be greedy and who told you to eat and chew?" To clean up this jumping grasshopper, you have to swallow a chicken. "

Silent appreciation

Mother lion's method-actually a writer's idea-is very interesting, and the curtain of a good story has been opened!

So the greedy little lion had to swallow a rooster.

The rooster entered the lion's stomach, and the grasshopper was "tattooed". The little lion was very happy. He told his mother the good news.

But as soon as the little lion opened his mouth, he let out a cry of "whoa, whoa, whoa-",which startled his mother. Of course, this is the chicken in the belly.

Silent appreciation

As soon as the little lion opened his mouth, he cried "whoa, whoa, whoa-" This detail is really interesting and wonderful!

There are many interesting and beautiful things in life that need our attention to capture.

So the greedy lion had to swallow a fox.

The fox went into the lion's stomach and ate the rooster in one bite.

Then, the fox scratched the lion's stomach. The fox rubbed the lion and the lion couldn't help giggling.

Silent appreciation

Ha ha! The fox tickles, great!

The lion couldn't help giggling for a while, and so could we.

Pay attention to the verb "eat" twice The author chooses two different verbs: the rooster is "DuDu"; The fox was bitten by "ah-hmm". Equally urgent, showing subtle differences.

This kind of smile is very uncomfortable, and the little lion laughs until tears come down.

So the greedy lion had to swallow a calf.

When the calf reached the lion's stomach, it smacked the fox to death. The proud calf shook his head, and a pair of horns pierced the lion's stomach. On both sides of the little lion's stomach, a horn sticks out.

Silent appreciation

A good article is forbidden to be fragmented, but the verbs such as picking, shaking, poking and sticking out in this paragraph are really vivid.

This frightened father and mother lion.

They found a saw, and it took them two whole days to cut off a pair of corners poked outside the little lion's stomach.

Finally, the clever father lion came up with a good idea.

He poured a bottle of brandy he drank into the little lion's stomach. The little lion was drunk and the calf in his stomach was drunk.

Silent appreciation

A good story needs to create conflicts and obstacles, so that readers can follow the author's ideas, worry together and find a solution to the obstacles. In this story, the writer first ate a grasshopper and danced and sang in his stomach, but what to do? He had to swallow a chicken. Unexpectedly, as soon as I opened my mouth, I let out a cry of "Oh, Oh, Oh-"and had to eat the fox. Unexpectedly, the fox tickled in his stomach again, which made him uncomfortable and had to swallow a calf. The horn poked the lion in the stomach-solving one problem leads to the next, and the problem is getting bigger and bigger-so the writer led the reader by the nose, making the story appear full of twists and turns and reading it with relish.

It is said that the little lion slept for two weeks before digesting the calf in his stomach;

It is said that the little lion will never be greedy again;

It is said that the little lion will tell this story to his greedy friends in the future. ...

Silent appreciation

The last three "It is said that ..." seem to be idle, but this story has reached a lingering effect for three days, which is intriguing.
