What is ultrasonic riveting?
Ultrasonic riveting is a method of joining another workpiece by melting plastic and forming a stigma.

Usually connecting parts of different materials,

For example, metal and plastic or plastics of different types and properties are riveted together,

In the welding process, part of the plastic contacting with the end of the electrode arm is melted by ultrasonic vibration,

The plastic is then held under slight pressure for a period of time to cure,

Components with different properties can be grouped together.
