APS is the official agency of the German government in Beijing. The main task is to verify the legality of China students' high school and university graduation qualifications. Both the German Embassy and German universities regard APS verification as a necessary condition for issuing study visas and admission notices.
APS audit materials:
1. One translation certificate and one university record (including second major and double-degree minor in technical major). The report form of college graduates should contain the relevant information of papers (graduation design papers). If it is not in the report form, the thesis (graduation design thesis) should be independently stated and translated.
2. If you have overseas education experience, you need to attach the transcripts of overseas institutions! At the same time, attach the original proof that China universities have obtained credit system verification abroad, and translate it! The contents of the certificate include: the start time of learning exchange, the name of the overseas exchange school, the contents of the courses taken abroad and whether the credit system obtained is recognized by domestic universities.
3. If you have a higher diploma (such as a postgraduate or doctoral student), please provide all the supporting materials of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
4. If you have the education experience of undergraduate unified recruitment, please provide all supporting original materials for junior college and undergraduate.
5. If you have professional experience, please provide the original professional certificate and translate it. The contents of the certificate include: I have studied the technical major before, I have studied the technical major now, the professional time, and the expected university graduation time.
6. Photocopy of French and English language expression ability (detailed remarks), or proof that the applicant has passed the self-study German and English courses.
7. For applicants who have graduated from university for more than half a year, they must provide a tabular personal resume in Dari or English, indicating the status of the applicant after graduation according to the time range.
