Five elements that should be paid attention to when filling in resume
Resume is a stepping stone to finding a job. How to write a good resume, there are still some problems to pay attention to.
The first resume should not be too short or too long.
I said before that resumes should not exceed one page, so too many people want to compress their experiences on one piece of paper. However, when their resumes are formatted into one page, many job seekers delete their impressive achievements. Too long will make people feel verbose. For example, it is easy for readers to get bored when job seekers ramble on for a few pages on their resumes. So when you write your resume, try asking yourself, "Will these statements get me an interview?" Then, only the information that answers "Yes" is kept.
In fact, there are no definite rules for the length of resume, and the factors that determine its length include occupation, enterprise, work experience, education, attainments and so on. Most importantly, every word in your resume can promote the candidate.
Second, don't list personal information or irrelevant information in your resume.
Many people will summarize their hobbies in their resumes, such as swimming and skiing. In fact, it is best to join them only when they are related to the target work.
Personal information, such as marital status and weight, should not be mentioned in your resume. There are exceptions, such as entertainment expertise.
The third goal narrative is too gorgeous or ordinary.
Many job seekers are not interested in the goal statement at the beginning of their resumes. The narration is too common and wastes valuable resume space. The goal statement should be as concise as possible, and a small piece of paper can be used instead of the goal statement.
Fourth, pay too much attention to job responsibilities.
Creating a resume should not only describe the necessary information, but also explain the different experiences of each company where you work, and provide specific examples to show how the company has benefited a lot from your performance. Don't turn your resume into a boring list of responsibilities.
Usage of the Fifth Personal Pronouns and Articles
Resume is a form of business communication and should be concise and formal. Don't use the word "I" and use articles as little as possible.
Job hunting is a step that every young person has to go through. The above points are just my suggestions for reference only.
