Jiang Xiaoping found the earliest photo of Pang Qionghua in Jiang Xiaoping.
On April 9th, 20 14, Lu, the last surviving Red women soldiers soldier and a centenarian, died in qionghai city, Hainan. Yesterday, Jiang Xiaoping, a collector in Wuhan, revealed to this newspaper that he had found a photo of Pang Qionghua, the first company commander of Red women soldiers, one of the prototypes of Qionghua Wu, a movie character in Red women soldiers. It is reported that this is the earliest photo of Pang Qionghua discovered so far.

The photos captured by Pang Qionghua were published in 12, Volume 3 of Times Pictorial published in Shanghai on February 5, 933. The pictorial is in an eight-page format and marked "Approved by the Ministry of the Interior of the National Government". This issue of Pictorial has 28 pages. 15 page, a group of 5 photos reported the situation of 1932 when Kuomintang troops besieged Qiongya revolutionary base area and captured * * * people. The report disdainfully said, "Bandits have been rampant in Qiongya, Guangdong for several years ... This time, after the painful suppression by the Guangdong Guard Brigade, the bandit leader Wang Wenyu, Soviet Chairman Chen Juncong and the female bandit leader Pang Qionghua were all captured within a few months".

One of the photos is described as "Pang Qionghua, the captain of Fan Jun Pioneer, a female model of the Red Army, was captured and spoke to Haikou people". In the photo, Pang Qionghua wore light-colored clothes, short hair, hands tied behind her back and looked calm.

Pang Qionghua is one of the archetypes of Qionghua Wu, the heroine of Red women soldiers. Screenwriter Liang Xin once revealed to the outside world that Qionghua Wu's name comes from her name. According to public information, Pang Qionghua joined the Red Army on 1930, and served as the company commander of Red women soldiers in Le Hui County (present-day qionghai city) the following year, and then as the company commander of women soldiers, the second independent division of Ren Hongjun, leading the soldiers of the whole company to cooperate with the main forces of the Red Army and making immortal contributions. 1in the autumn of 932, he was arrested and imprisoned by the Kuomintang army. 1937 was released from prison in winter. 1942 was killed by the Japanese at the age of 3 1.

Chen Jin 'ai, former director of the Party History Research Office of Qionghai Municipal Committee of Hainan Province, told reporters that this is the earliest photo of Pang Qionghua. It is understood that Pang Qionghua's earliest public photo was that of her 1934, when she and other comrades-in-arms of red female soldiers were held in the prison of Guangzhou Kuomintang.

The other photo in this group is a photo of Wang Wenyu's arrest. He is one of the prototypes of Hong Changqing, the hero of the film Red women soldiers. The picture shows "Chen Hanguang, Brigadier of the Guard Brigade, is interrogating the gangster Wang Wenyu". In the photo, Wang Wenyu, with a bandage on one foot, has a grim expression and shows disdain when facing the trial. Wang Wenyu is the commander of the Second Independent Division of the Red Army. When the female soldiers were formed, he awarded the flag to the female soldiers on behalf of the headquarters and directly commanded the company. 1932 At the end of the year, Wang Wenyu was arrested for leg injury and died heroically in July of the following year.
