Shi Dianyuan's life story
1879, 16-year-old Shi Dianyuan invited Shi, who plays erhu in the same village, to sing in Linzi, Shouguang and Weixian with Tan, an artist from Tan's villagers. I learned some tunes from Tan, such as Streamer, Painting Fan, Embroidered Shoes and so on. Since then, he began his artistic career by singing for a living.

After 1880, dulcimers gradually rose in the north of Guangrao County and the south of Dongying District. Shi Dianyuan takes singing dulcimer as his profession, and often sings with his uncle Shi Dianyi, cousins Cui Xinyue and Cui Xinqing in Guangrao, Dongying District, Boxing, Linzi, Yidu and Weixian.

In order to improve his singing skills, he studied art in Heze, southwest Shandong Province on 1887, and then went to Kaifeng and Anyang, Henan Province to learn art while singing for half a year. He has successively studied dulcimer titles such as Three Strings and Four Persuasions, Dong Bin Playing Peony, Wang Tianbao Going to the Soviet Union, Ying Ge Being the Matchmaker, Yuanyang Marrying the Old Carver, Stepmother Beating the Child, and other tunes such as Paving the Floor, Lovesickness, Lotus Falling, and Crying for Maike. In the process of singing, Shi Dianyuan is good at combining the accent he has learned with local popular tunes, such as "Gen Yang Guang" and "Jie Er Diao", so as to adapt to the appreciation habits of the masses and be deeply loved by the audience.

1893, Shi Dianyuan, Cui Xinyue, Cui Xinqing, Tan Minglun and Wu Chuntian formed a music class, taking dulcimer as their profession, and often played in Boxing, Binxian, Lijin, Zhanhua, Zhoucun, Boshan, Zichuan, Zhangdian, Yidu, Shouguang, wei county, Jiaodong and other places, enjoying a certain reputation. This innovation of Shi Dianyuan and others has made the piano book, which was originally based on sitting and singing, look brand-new. In fact, the performance of the dulcimer "Wang Xiao Catch the Foot" is of extraordinary significance, which marks the birth of a new kind of drama-Lu Opera.

At this time, Shidianyuan has won the reputation of "Shidianlan" among the people (Yalan, a local bird, has a crisp voice and is deeply loved by the people). His name spread farther and farther, louder and louder. At one time, artists from far and near competed to learn from their teachers.

/kloc-0 In the spring of 905, Shi Dianyuan led the Le Tong class to perform in the Pearl River Estuary of Penglai. Weng Laoming, a famous local person (according to legend, Master Weng and Shang were close friends), was a civil and military official in the late Qing Dynasty. This person is knowledgeable, proficient in melody and good at writing. I heard that Dian Yuan, the leader of Le 'an, came here to perform Donkey Run. I was very interested and went to see the performance. After reading it, I think it is different from the piano book, and it is indeed innovative. I even said it was a good performance, so I invited it warmly. Dian Yuan had long heard Weng Xiucai's name, and wished he could not meet each other. Get this opportunity, he readily accepted the invitation to visit Weng Xiucai's house. Shi Dianyuan humbly asked Mr. Weng for advice and benefited a lot. Within a few days, the two became close friends. When Dianyuan left, Weng Laoming presented more than ten piano books and bibliographies that he arranged and adapted himself. In order to constantly enrich his performance skills, Shi Dianyuan also paid great attention to absorbing nutrition from some unique folk arts.

1906, he came to Caoqiao, Guangrao alone, and asked the artists of Pimi Opera (a kind of folk art that specializes in laughing and crying skills, which has been lost) to learn and master some little-known performance skills. /kloc-in the winter of 0/906, Shi Dianyuan added Song, Li Laosi, Cui Baoshan and Ma Hongxi. Based on the Le Tong class, the Republican class was founded. After the establishment of the Gonghe class, it was freezing in severe winter. They dug three pits in Shi Kezhang's yard in Shijia Village as a rehearsal venue. Shi Dianyuan assigned roles according to the actor's specialty, and was responsible for telling the play, while Cui Xinyue was responsible for revising the script. He has rehearsed more than ten plays, such as Swapping Wives among the Old and Young, Wang Borrowing as a Pawn, Cao Zhuang Killing Dogs, Pan Jinlian Picking Wheat, Viewing Paintings, Song Jiang Sitting on the Building, Paying homage and Hongluan Jubilee. In the spring of that year, Shidian Garden took the Republican class all over Boxing, Binxian, Zhanhua, Huimin, Boshan, wei county and Jiaodong, and was welcomed by the masses.

In the practice of playing, Shi Dianyuan and his disciples constantly innovated and developed the makeup dulcimer. In terms of artistic performance, he constantly borrowed and absorbed the performances of other operas, and gradually formed vivid, natural and close-to-life artistic performance characteristics. In the aspect of singing, he and Tan Minglun studied hard, created a four-tone plate variation on the basis of Fengyang song, and then developed it into a two-tone based on the "crib plate" in the piano book.

1In April, 909, when Gonghe Class performed in Dongbaya, wei county, Shidian Academy purchased percussion instruments in the martial arts field, such as leather drums and banquets, borrowed the Beijing Opera "Gong and Drum Classic" and joined the accompaniment in the martial arts field for the first time. After continuous development and improvement, the performance of the makeup dulcimer has become more and more standardized. Shi Dianyuan once said happily, "Our little play is really hooked." 19 15, after the disintegration of Republican class, Shidianyuan established Shitan class again. During this period, he served as a foreman, accepted apprentices and taught skills at the same time, making Shijia Village a center for spreading and developing cosmetic dulcimer.

Shi Dianyuan is smart and studious, and is good at taking people as teachers. He read widely all his life, accumulated a lot of money, deliberately sought novelty and constantly enriched his singing skills. When he was young, he went to Cao Zhou and Henan, where he extensively studied and studied piano books and various folk tunes. After becoming famous, he can still learn from his art friends and peers with an open mind and enrich his performance skills.

1in the spring of 886, Zhang Lantian and Zhang Zhitian in Dongzhai asked for Fengyang songs, which laid the foundation for the later creation of Siping Opera.

1897, Yin Tianchang, a famous calligrapher in Xishang Village, invited him to perform in northern Guangrao and Xishang in Dongying District, You Guo, Dongzhai, Xinji, Fanjiapo, Beisui and Jia Wei. On several occasions, he even sang with the neighboring villages of Shidian Garden, aiming at competing for the level of Dianyuan at the same time. However, when Dian Yuan was thirsty for knowledge, he not only did not compete with them, but bowed to the Yin merchants. Sincerely invite them to sing in the village, treat them as guests and ask them modestly. His spirit of being open-minded and eager to learn deeply touched Yin Tianchang and Shang. Therefore, Shi Dianyuan and I also called each other younger brothers, sang together and learned from each other. During the few days together, Shi Dianyuan learned a lot of singing skills from them, and learned some tunes of Professor Yin Tianchang, such as Kuaishang Kuai, Widow Nan, Acacia, Tan Dagang and Hankou Duo, and the new Fengyang songs in the world. 19 10, in the winter of September, Shi Dianyuan and his disciples learned drama and practiced in the cellar. One day, Gonghe class arrived in the new town of Shengli Town, Dongying District. This is the first time that Shi Dianyuan and his disciples set up a stage to act alone. In order to attract the audience and compete for the appearance of the small troupe, they first extracted a passage from the piano book "Deng Yun and his wife divorced" and changed it into a small drama. At that time, Dian Yuan and Cai Dan played Deng Yunniang, Tan Minglun played Deng Yun's wife, and the two disciples played Wang Dengyun and Cassia respectively. They took to the streets dressed up and sang as they walked, winning applause from the audience. They walked around the village, attracting countless audiences. Then, set up a stage and sang for more than ten days. At this time, the reputation of Shidian Garden was greatly improved, and people who followed the teacher to learn drama were in an endless stream, and most of them were poor. So, whether he has money or not, he teaches. The teaching method of temple fairs and Yuan Zaju is to take the streets and lanes as the stage, dictate lines, and teach singing and movements together. An audience who has studied makeup and singing can sing a few sketches and call himself his disciple.

The success or failure of storytelling and singing depends on whether the audience can be attracted and whether the income can be increased by the support of the audience. On one occasion, around 1932, Shi Dianyuan took Shi Tanban to a market town in Zhanhua County and set up a stage to sing. A little later, another troupe came, calling itself "Hard Troupe". T also set up a stage not far from Shitan class and sang with Shi Dianyuan. This "hard troupe". The actors performed well because of the good props. Shortly after the opening of their play, most of the audience under Tan Bantai left. Dian Yuan saw this scene, walked into the background unhurriedly, found a razor, shaved his head, then drew a face on the back of his head with a brush, and returned to the stage to sing. Then throw chairs and white cloth to make coffins. On the stage, the play is Empty Coffin. The audience burst into laughter when they saw this scene. The audience who saw the play in front of the "Hard Troupe" also felt novel, so they came back to see the play. In the future, there will be a saying that "an empty coffin will be opened, and the scenery will not change for three days."

1934, a large family in Beisui Village, Dongying District celebrated their mother's birthday. Please invite famous piano and calligraphy artists Shi Dianyuan, Shang Yexing (nephew of Shang) and Guan to sing to celebrate. At that time, this temple was almost ancient and rare. However, nodding is not old, and playing the role of mother-in-law Diao in Little Yinxian won a full house applause. Shang Yexing was also a composer of piano music at that time. His singing has reached perfection. He is a master of Qin Shu East Road. At first, Shang Yexing's piano book was not as loud as the makeup dulcimer in Shidian Garden, and finally Shang Yexing put his. After the famous joke "Wang Po Scolds Chicken" was sung, the audience cheered in unison. After Yuan Xin arrived at the temple, he felt infinite charm, fresh and unique, and even praised and sang. In terms of seniority, Shi Dianyuan is a predecessor of Shang Yexing, and his reputation has long been regarded as a deity. However, he left his qualifications and fame behind and took the initiative to go to business. He called himself a master before closing the door and asked for advice with an open mind. His noble artistic virtue of taking the Almighty as a teacher is still full of praise. Shi Dianyuan is open-minded and eager to learn, absorbs and draws lessons from various artistic elements, learns from others' strengths, and gradually forms artistic characteristics with lively humor, strong life atmosphere and relaxed rhythm. When Dianyuan was alive, the country was troubled and the people's livelihood was depressed. Vagrancy, begging and suffering cultivated his strong and unyielding character. He hates the ugliness of the old society and the local tyrants and evil gentry who bully the weak and fear the hard. Dare to fight can bring justice to the poor and combat injustice. Shi dianyuan's nickname Shi Yalan praised him for his skillful singing, but his original name came from another source. At that time, there was a gentry named Chen Bailing in Jia Wei Village, Niuzhuang. His father Chen was one of the eight leaders of the volunteers who suppressed the East Road Nian Army. Relying on his wealth and power, Chen Bailing often bullies villagers and does many evils. He is also eloquent and very good at sophistry. People nicknamed him "Chen Bailing".

1889 In the summer, more than 130 livestock raised by the Chen family went down to Beiwa to graze, and when passing through Tan Village, they chewed and trampled on large areas of young crops in the two villages, damaging most of them. Stone and Tan villages sent people to the Chen family to claim compensation. Instead of paying compensation, Chen Bailing made trouble without reason and drove people out. At that time, the people in Tan Village were very angry, but they went to the county government to complain. The government refused to accept the Chen family's influence. Later, people in Shi and Tan villages even invited several "knife and pencil" scholars, all of whom had no money and no power; Didn't win the lawsuit. Dianyuan went home after watching the performance. After hearing about it, he was indignant, stepped forward and decided to complain to the government. After many trips, he won wide sympathy from the local people. On the court, Shi Dianyuan, regardless of his personal safety, skillfully played around and argued. Refute Chen Bailing's argument. The imperial court was afraid of causing public outrage, so it had to order Chen to compensate Tan and Shi for all the young crops they lost. After winning the lawsuit, many villagers praised: "A lark's mouth is cleverer than a duck." Since then, "Time Duck Orchid" has gradually become popular. The story T, which tells the story that the owner of Shidian Garden is brave and fearless of power, is still circulating in northern Guangrao and Dongying District. One more thing, it is also very famous in Shidian Garden's hometown. /kloc-around 0/920, Sui Jiaxiang, a rich man in Dongsui Village, married a widow as his little wife and invited Shitan class from Shidian Garden to sing. Shi Dianyuan knew that this man was sinister and vicious, and he was a famous bully in the local area. There is a saying among the masses that there is Yin in the south and Sui in the north. Sui Jiaxiang won't give up until he sings this play. He feels breathless when he sings. He had a brainwave and said to his apprentice, "Sing The Little Widow's Grave. The play absorbed northeast folk's singing form, with beautiful music, sincere and touching feelings and strong local flavor, and was deeply loved by the masses. However, on the big day, it is unlucky and cowardly to sing the sad tune of sweeping the grave and crying. In the play, Shi Dianyuan added his own operas, pointing fingers at chickens and scolding dogs-he scolded Sui Jiaxiang, and he was very unhappy and left with anger.

Shi Dianyuan devoted himself to the art of Lu Opera all his life until he was 80 years old, and made outstanding contributions to the formation and development of Lu Opera. /kloc-in the autumn of 0/948, he died in his hometown at the age of 85.
