Wang Zhen, the first-level director of the Dongchuan District Administrative Detention Center in Kunming (formerly the captain of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Dongchuan District Public Security Bureau in Kunming), is suspected of serious violation of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation. They were all arrested this year.
