Gene, the founder of the tide

Pioneering Jieyang Didu

Ji's surname is the ancestor of entering the tide, Ming En (word pang, number retreat). Chaoshan nationality, originally from Pinghe Village, Xipingqiao Township, Zejindu, Huaiqing County, Huai 'an City, Jiangsu Province.

Jean was born in Song Lizong in the sixth year of Chunyou (1246) and was a scholar in Song Duzong in the fourth year of Xianchun (1268). He served as the magistrate of Shanyin County, Shaoxing County, Zhejiang Province, and was promoted to judge of Chaozhou Prefecture, Guangdong Province three years later. When he took his younger brother Yuan Zhong, his wife Shi Hong and his son Yu Heng to Chaozhou Prefecture, he passed through Quanzhou Prefecture, Fujian Province, and went to see his officials because of his father-in-law Hong Zhiyuan, the magistrate of Ren Quan Prefecture. At that time, she was only three years old, and it was a hot summer day. She couldn't bear to travel long distances, and Hong's mother and daughter couldn't bear to leave at once. Therefore, Yu Heng's mother and son stayed in Quanzhou temporarily, hoping to bring Jean to the forefront after taking office. Later, due to the invasion of Yuan soldiers, she was in a state of chaos and could not take her mother and son to Chaoshan, so she settled in Quanzhou. Ji Jizhong went to Chaoshan to do business in Qiongzhou, and later settled in Qiongzhou.

After two years in Chaozhou, Jean was promoted from Sanpin to Dr. Zhongxian in Chaozhou. It coincided with the invasion of Yuan soldiers, the Chaoshan drought, and the "four towns refused to harvest grain", which led to his dismissal. Song Taizu Zhao Xian acceded to the throne, and made a decree to "pardon the exiled officials", and Jean "returned to his post and chose another candidate". However, due to the war and the land, I had to settle in Chimeidu Junmin Mountain in Jieyang County (near Junmin Village in Didu Town, Jiedong County). Established "Jiqiao Township" (which no longer exists), "built more than 50 houses and bought 200 mu of land". Unable to contact his wife and children in Quanzhou, he married the daughter of Professor Zhi Shishi in Sharon Village, Chao 'an County, and gave birth to three boys, Chang Jichao, Ji Hui and San Jize. After many twists and turns. Descendants scattered all over Chaoshan.

Separate from Chaoshan

Before the Supreme Mindfulness of the Yuan Dynasty, descendants moved to the official zone. Because of the dispute with the ancestral grave of Longxue, a neighboring village, the two started a lawsuit and fled after losing the case. The descendants of Nagakami moved to the European Court; The descendants of Fannie and Freddie moved to Jade Lake in Jieyang; The descendants of Ji Deben, the eldest son of Sanfang Jize, moved to Fuxi, and the descendants of Ji Dexi, the second son, moved to Yu Lian Village, Yuhu Town, Jieyang County. By the end of the Yuan Dynasty (134 1- 1368), bandits were everywhere, smashing and robbing each other's territory, people fled everywhere, and some people surnamed Ji were scattered all over Chaoshan.

In the sixth year of Tianshun in Ming Yingzong (1462), officers and men in the area (now Shantou City) besieged Haikou, and people were killed by soldiers and fled everywhere, including people named Ji. Among them, Sun Wei is a descendant of Ji Chao, who took refuge in Dahao's uncle Chen with his mother, and later settled in Dahao, the ancestor of Dahao's Ji surname.

Nearly ten thousand people died in the bloody Odin, which is densely populated and little known.

Qing Shunzhi 13 (1657) was named Ding You's Difficulties because it was Ding You's year. Chen Tiehu, a pirate, occupied the Guling area and often went out to sea to rob cargo ships. At that time, Zheng Chenggong occupied Nan 'ao Island to recruit soldiers, hoping to fight against the Qing Dynasty and regain sight and attack Taiwan. Its cargo ships are often robbed. Zheng tried to destroy Chen, but repeatedly attacked Europe without success. After Chen Tiehu's death, his subordinate Li disrespectful and Xin Chief competed for the position of leader, causing internal disputes. Later, Xin was killed by Li, and Xin's men refused. Among them, Lu Cuo secretly led the army to attack the village twice and bloodbath. Nearly 10,000 people died, but the survivors fled their hometown, and the people surnamed Ji once again scattered around Chaoshan.

The official band is a place where people named Ji live together, so it is called "official band with Ji". Former Guandai Commune (now longhu district) is concerned with Yi Village (now foreign guests' neighborhood committee), Chencuohe River, Xiaguipu, Xincuoliao and Zhoucuo? , internal and external confiscation, and Fuxi Village in Jinyuan District are all places where people named Ji live together, with a total population of about 35,400. Scattered in Chaoshan, there are: Dahao District, Qiaolin Village, Anbu Town, Chaoan County; Xia Xin 'an Village, Zhang Lin Town, Chenghai City; Zhulin Village, Chaoyang City; Yuhu Town, Jiedong County; Tatou Town, Jiexi County; Guizheng Mountain, Puning City; Jiazi Town, Lu Fengxian, etc. The population is about 16300. The total population living in Chaoshan is more than 5 1800, and there are about 40,000 people overseas. Because there are few people named Ji who are either rich or expensive, and few celebrities, there are also few people named Ji who live in longhu district with more than 30,000 people. Many people in the city think that Xin CuO Liao's surname is Xin, Chen CuO's surname is Chen, Zhou CuO's surname is Zhou, and Xia Guipu's surname is Xia (Xia Guipu was originally named "Xia Jiapu"). In fact, these villages are dominated by Ji surname, and there are few different surnames. This is all because people named Ji are not well-known and people don't know much about this area.

Textual research on the existing genealogy without official history

The surname of Chaoshan Ji is unknown in the official history, and its name is rarely found in county records and government records. However, there are five old genealogies left: (1) The earliest extant ones are Jiajing 14 (1536) and The Origin of Chaozhou Ji, which was compiled by the ninth generation. The preface to the genealogy says, "The old genealogy was lost by pirates, but it exists in Yuhu Lake." The old spectrum existed before 1536, but it is unknown when it will be revised. (2) In the Ming Dynasty (16 1 1) in April, Sun Jichu, the first1world Sun Jichu, majored in the genealogy of Dahao Jishi, and had the Preface of Yu Genealogy presented by Gong Jinshi in the year of Wanli Xinhai, knowing the mausoleum of Chaoyang County. (3) In April (1662), the 14th Sun Huang specialized in rebuilding genealogy and wrote a preface. (4) The Genealogy of Jishi Family in Guizheng Mountain compiled by Jiwen Sun of 17th Qing Qianlong. (5) The Genealogy of Pang Jigong, the ancestor of the Chaoshan clan in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, written by Sun Zhenji, the 17th generation of Fuxi in the 60th year of Qing Qianlong (1795). The prefaces of these five genealogies have the same records on Ji Yuan Pang's resume.

Since the genealogy of the past dynasties is frequently updated, from the first generation of Zu Ji 'en, its lineage is clear and the order of generations is unified. All the way to the 28 th century.
