Yunnan Calligraphers Association is a member of Yunnan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, which was founded in 1984. In April 2008, the 4th Member Congress of Yunnan Calligraphers Association was held. Four councils composed of 36 people, including Guo Wei, were elected, and Zhang, Zhang, Wang and Wang Min were hired as consultants of the association.
