Guo, male, Han nationality,/kloc-0 was born in Renshou, Sichuan in July, 1964./kloc-0 joined the work in July, 1987, and/kloc-0 joined China in May, 1986. Graduated from Southwest Agricultural University, majoring in entomology, postgraduate, researcher, master of agronomy. He is currently the deputy secretary of Dazhou Municipal Committee of Sichuan Province, the mayor and party secretary of the Municipal People's Government, and the first secretary (concurrently) of the Party Working Committee of Dazhou Economic Development Zone.
