The method of copying and pasting resume form in word
When using word, it is sometimes necessary to copy the contents of one table to another larger table. Usually, everyone copies and pastes the contents of a cell one by one. It is convenient if you can copy and paste the contents of the form directly. The effects of the two tables are as follows, which is just a simple example;
First, copy and paste the contents in the copy table 1 into table 2;
Move the cursor to the first cell where the data is pasted in Table 2, and the first cell selected in Table 1 contains the corresponding Table 2 cell;
Right-click the cell in Table 2 and select "Overwrite Cell" in the Paste Special option;
You can also click the Start menu and choose Paste Special, as shown below, and select "Overwrite Cells";
In this way, if there is a lot of table data, it is very convenient to copy and paste the table contents directly, without copying and pasting one cell at a time;
Matters needing attention in making resume form
The first point: the resume must be true, informative and focused. Never cheat on your resume, if it's not true, it's easy to be found. A resume must have readable content and important content that can attract recruiters. Such a resume is considered more successful.
The second point: your resume should be "simple", just one or two pages, not too long. Recruiters have limited time to read each resume and will not read too long resumes. If you don't see something important on the previous 1-2 page, your resume will only be lost.
The third point: the format of your resume should be reversed, and you should choose an easy-to-read resume template to make your resume. A resume with good format and layout will make the recruiter feel very comfortable, will not have any resentment, and is willing to read more.
Point 4: Please don't write unnecessary information unless required by the employer, or some information unrelated to job hunting doesn't need to be written on your resume, such as ID number, home address, height and weight, hobbies, etc.
