Since joining the work, he has served as an officer of Baicheng Regional Highway Engineering Office; Graduate student of Wuhan University of Water Resources and Electric Power; Staff of Science and Technology Department of Baicheng Construction Bank; Deputy Director of Baicheng Construction Committee; Deputy Director of Baicheng Construction Committee and First Dean of Baicheng Architectural Design and Research Institute.

He is currently the deputy head of Shuangyang District People's Government.
