Brief introduction of Hu Lancheng: Hu Lancheng (1February 28th, 906 —— 198 1 July 25th, 2006), a modern writer in China, was originally named Hu Jirui, nicknamed Sheng Rui, a native of Shaoxing, Zhejiang, and the first husband of Zhang Ailing.

Hu Lancheng was an auditor in yenching university when he was young, and he was good at writing. Later, he followed Wang Jingwei. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, he became the deputy director of the propaganda department of Wang puppet regime, and was listed as a famous traitor for writing articles for Wang Jingwei. 1940 published a traitorous editorial "It is difficult to fight, but it is also difficult to make peace", advocating that "it is not easy to make peace, but it is essential to make peace" in the most difficult period of China's anti-Japanese war, thus washing the ground for Wang Jingwei's traitorous behavior.

1945, the Japanese army was defeated and surrendered, and Hu Lancheng fled to Japan via Hongkong. In his later years, he lived and taught in Taiwan Province Province. His literary talent has influenced some Taiwan Province literati. 1976 was forced to leave Taiwan Province province due to the background of traitors, and died of heart failure in Tokyo on July 25th. His representative works include This Life and Years of Mountains and Rivers.
