On the basis of extensive reading of domestic and foreign scholars' relevant literature and drawing valuable research results, this paper makes detailed observation, thinking and research on the resource constraints and market constraints of China's regional economic growth, striving to highlight its characteristics and make innovations.

Note: The inflection point defined in this book is different from that of some economists at present. For example, researcher Liang Yali described that Hubei's economy had an inflection point in 2004 and entered the track of rapid growth after being lower than the national average for a long time. The inflection point here is equivalent to the turning point. Although this situation will also exist in the system resource constraint theory, I will not study it for the time being.
