Shi Xiang, male, Han nationality, born in June, 1963,1,a native of Guangde, Anhui Province, joined the work in July, 1982, and became a China citizen in August, 1989. He graduated from the Correspondence College of the Central Party School with a postgraduate degree, majoring in economic management. He is currently the deputy secretary of Suzhou Municipal Committee and the mayor of the Municipal People's Government.
