The interview is divided into three rounds, business side, direct leadership side and hr side.
It's not just three rounds. I received an interview invitation call from ByteDance before, and they asked me when I could interview, how long I could practice and when I could start working at the earliest. This phone call can also be seen as a small link to examine the stability of employees.
Before the interview, I prepared five directions.
I dig deep into my resume, especially my internship experience, and sum up what I have learned, what difficulties I have encountered and how to solve them. I also provided a solution in some cases. The basic idea of campus experience is similar to internship experience. Besides, I also thought about my career planning.
I have a deep understanding of the posts I post.
Through the network, I got to know some company cultures, found the matching point between the company culture and myself, and recognized the company culture.
I have prepared a few questions for the interviewer, preferably about me and my products.
I also read some routine questions that the interviewer may ask, such as "tell me about your own shortcomings and strengths" and "plan your future career" and so on.
