Zhou Yu (175 ~ 2 10) is a native of Shu County, Lujiang County, Anhui Province.

Zhou Yu is the son of Zhou Yi, the envoy of Luoyang. He is one of the three officials from his ancestors and father to Qiu. Zhou Yu is tall, handsome and elegant. At that time, there was a saying that there was something wrong with Zhou Lang.

Zhou Yu was born in Zhoujia, Lujiang, and didn't make many friends with Sun Ce. He was promoted to the second year of Ping (195), and helped Sun Ce defeat Liu You in the battle of Qu 'a. From the third year of Jian 'an (198), Sun Ce pacified Jiangdong. In the fifth year of Jian 'an (200 years), Sun Ce was assassinated and Sun Quan succeeded to the throne. Zhou Yu sent soldiers to attend the funeral and took charge of everything as Zhang Zhao, the guard of China.

In the seventh year of Jian 'an (202), Cao Cao took the responsibility to deliver the quality, while Zhou Yu remonstrated against it. He suggested that Sun Quan occupy the south of the Yangtze River, support the army and change his outlook, and established the strategic policy of establishing the country in the south of the Yangtze River. In the 13th year of Jian 'an (208), Cao Jun was stationed in Jiangdong. Zhou Yu analyzed the four evils of Cao Caobing, argued against Cao Cao, and personally led Wu Jun to defeat Cao Jun with fire in Chibi.

Battle of Red Cliffs is one of the most famous battles in the history of China, which laid the foundation for the "Three Points in the World" in the late Han Dynasty. In the 14th year of Jian 'an (209), Zhou Yu led his army to defeat the allied forces of Coss and Huang Xu in the battle of Nanjun, and successfully captured the military town of Jiangling, where he served as the prefect of Nanjun.

Zhou Yu's Early Experience
