Chen Xinping: Male, born in China, 1962, 1 1, bachelor degree, party member, China, researcher-level senior engineer, expert enjoying special government allowance of the State Council, won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress, the first prize of Ministry of Electronics Industry, and the first, second and third prizes of national defense scientific and technological progress. He has served as assistant and deputy director of the comprehensive department of East China Institute and deputy director of East China Institute. He is currently the director of East China Institute and deputy secretary of the Party Committee.
