Lin (1876 ~ 1948) is a foreigner in Ximen, Fuzhou. Instead of writing with a knife, he integrated painting and carving skills, found a new way, established a family and started a career, and created a precedent for contemporary thin art. Gong Lun praised him in Shoushan Stone Spectrum: "Exquisite, really able to use a knife as a pen, unique to Yang (Xuan) and Zhou ()."

Lin Wenbao (1883 ~ 1944), whose name is Niumu, is from Ximen Street, Houguan County. He studied under Pan Yujin, the founder of the Western Sect, and was good at carving animal buttons. His modeling is simple, his style is superb, and his name was once very heavy. He is called "a giant button maker". His works have a great influence on later generations. Lin Wenbao carved buttons with a wide range of subjects. He was good at Bo Gu, an ancient beast, and fish, insects and animals could be put into buttons. Chen Zifen's evaluation of him in "Chen Yi Lou Yin Hua" is: "The lion, the tiger, the fish and the dragon are absolutely carved in ancient times, and Bo Gu is like the pattern of the tripod. In particular, the difference between top, round, oblique and flat can be traced back to ancient times. " He was stunted, but in his later years, he was poor and sick, and died in the street.

Lin Youqing (1894 ~ 1970), formerly known as Chen You and Shen You, was born in Hou Yu Village, Gushan Town. When he was young, he studied with his father Lin and got his true biography. He is good at button carving and round carving of characters, and also likes to make thin ideas and reliefs. His works are full of ancient meaning, elegant and smart, and are as famous as Lin, and were named "Dongmen Celebration". /kloc-participated in Shoushan stone carving production team in Hou Yu in 0/955, and won the title of famous artist in Fuzhou the following year. His works have been selected for many foreign exhibitions. He has profound attainments in classical literature, and his works Friends of Peace, Crossing the Tiger in the Western Hills and Cowherd and Weaving Girl all have deep cultural connotations. The main points of his sculpture are: "measure the stone potential, match the work with the stone, take the shape with the stone" and "turn energy into the top" He has made great achievements in practice and theory.

He is generous, making more artistic friends and accepting disciples. In addition to his eldest son, Lin Bingsheng, he also received Guo Gongsen, Guo and Lin Fashu.
