Brief introduction of Bing Lin.
Before entering Carnegie Institute, Bing Lin was a professor of international relations in Tsinghua University and the first director of the arms control program of Tsinghua Institute of Contemporary International Relations. Previously, he was the Director of Arms Control Research Office of Beijing Institute of Applied Physics and Computational Mathematics, and the Executive Deputy Director of Science and National Security Project. Lin Bing was a postdoctoral researcher at MIT and the MacArthur Foundation Social Science Peace and Security Committee at Princeton University.

From 6: 438 to 9: 96, Bing Lin participated in the negotiation of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty with the delegation of China.

Bing Lin is the author of Theory and Analysis of Arms Control, International Strategy and National Security from the Perspective of Science and Technology. He has published many papers in Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, Jane's Intelligence Assessment and Science and Global Security.

Li Bin is the director of China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, the director of China-US Friendship Association, and the editorial board of international magazines such as Science and Global Security, Non-proliferation Assessment and China Security.
