Follow-up report of individual students 1

During this time, I found that Li finished his homework well and his classroom performance was very positive. In order to reward him, I intend to let him play the class card, that is, raise the class card every day when the road team is released. Originally a casual reward, I didn't expect it to promote his change within a semester.

In the first week, he packed his schoolbag at the fastest speed every day, took his class card and stood in front of the queue. I think he has had a fever for three minutes. After all, people who play bankcard always have to stand in front of the team alone and can't talk to others. This is very difficult for him to do. So for him, playing the class card, while winning the honor, he also has to bear the taste of loneliness. It is both honor and hard work. He won't last long. Unexpectedly, another week passed and he did it with relish. And when he is waiting in line, he sometimes shouts "line up" at the messy team behind him.

When I contacted my parents, I inadvertently mentioned his progress. My parents are also very happy to tell me that every time he comes home, he is very excited to say that he is playing the card.

Slowly, I gave Li more rights. Let him not only play class cards, manage people and organize formation when he is on the road, but also do exercises during recess.

In this way, a month and two months have passed, and a semester is coming to an end. He is very satisfied with his work and enjoys it. Every time he exercises the whole team during recess, he always takes "chicken feathers as arrows" and yells at other students. Come and report to me when you meet a disobedient or disobedient classmate. He will tell me in advance if I can't play the class card on the day after school.

Although there is still much room for improvement in his study and behavior habits this semester, his progress is considerable. For example, as a "class cadre", he will always be very serious and dedicated to the whole team, and will report to me in time when he encounters difficulties. Eat at noon, "teacher, shall I help you make soup?" If he eats fast, he often asks me. He began to be very enthusiastic about class affairs. Cleaning the class, bringing labor tools, moving things, distributing things, running errands ... he is particularly enthusiastic and positive. I was surprised and happy to see his little growth and change.

It used to be only three minutes for him to do things. It's hard to get interested in anything. I've used many tricks. If you are late, you will be punished. If you don't finish your homework, you will be punished. Because of his poor performance, I often refuse his request directly. Made a small mistake, I talked to him and even the whole class severely criticized him. But none of these methods helped him. He can't eat oil and salt at all. Every time I called him around to talk before, no matter what I said, he was crooked, indifferent and even talked back, unconvinced.

I can't believe that a small move now can make him change so much. A reward, an expectation and a surprise. The growth and change of children really need expectation and reward. Only when a child finds his own value in the class can he stimulate his energy and create surprises that we can't imagine.

I hope he can slowly correct other minor faults in the future.
