Therefore, the work plan of the town in 2008 is mainly arranged as follows:
(1) Strengthen poverty alleviation and development, solve the "three rural issues" in a solid way, and strive to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside in the town.
Consolidate the basic position of agriculture and strive to improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity. Continue to increase investment in agricultural infrastructure construction, focusing on the implementation of agricultural and rural infrastructure construction projects such as drinking water for people and livestock, rural solar energy, farmland water conservancy, village (group) roads and village sanitation roads, and improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity. Building four cultural activity places for village committees and communities; Returning farmland to forests around counties and towns, building 3,000 mu of dried fruit and walnut bases in Adong and Jushui, and building 300 solar households; It is planned to build 5,500 mu of canals in Adong and Giant Paddy Fields, and build high-stability farmland 1 1,000 mu through agricultural technology extension projects; We will implement the project of returning grazing to grassland in Adong and Jushui, build 43 greenhouses, transform 5,000 mu of natural grassland, and improve livestock varieties such as cattle, horses, donkeys and pigs.
Due to historical reasons, fragile ecology, low level of farmers' science and technology education, weak rural infrastructure, slow development of social undertakings, tight financial resources of the town government and numerous construction projects, there are still some unstable and disturbing factors in the town's project construction plan in 2008.
