Teng Jianqun is a researcher at the China Institute of International Studies. Teng Jianqun 1992 was admitted to graduate department, Academy of Military Sciences of PLA, and 1995 graduated with a master's degree. He stayed in the Academy of Military Sciences as the editor of Foreign Military Art magazine and later as the editor-in-chief. He is a researcher at the China Institute of International Studies and served in the South China Sea Fleet and the North China Sea Fleet.
