Zhang Lirong, male,/kloc-0 was born in June, 1957 in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province. 199 1 and 1996 were promoted to associate professor and professor respectively. 1998 was selected as the academic leader of colleges and universities in Hubei Province and enjoyed government subsidies. In June 2002, he graduated from the School of Political and Social Development of Huazhong Normal University with a doctor of law. In the same year, he served as a doctoral supervisor of Chinese and foreign political systems and was recommended as a candidate for the "High-level Talent Project in Hubei Province in the New Century".
