Zhou Jiping, professor-level senior engineer, was born in 1952. He graduated from the Geophysical Exploration Department of East China Petroleum Institute and the Marine Geological Structure Department of Nanhai Ocean University successively, and has nearly 40 years of working experience in China oil and gas industry.
