This is the northeast dialect. As we all know, the winter temperature in Northeast China is very low, basically around MINUS 20 degrees, and some extreme weather exceeds MINUS 40 degrees. This is unimaginable for a southerner.

It's cool to take a hot bath in winter, and it's even cooler if you can soak in hot water for more than ten minutes. Soaking in hot water for a while can completely heat up the body from the inside out, just like a sauna, but the sauna room is too stuffy and uncomfortable to take a bath, and then you can rub your back again.
