3. Anyone who is supervised to chat online, play games, watch movies, play cards, shop or browse web pages unrelated to work during working hours will be disqualified from the attendance award of the month; If it is inspected twice within three months, the annual target assessment award will be cancelled; Those who have been inspected by the departments above the district shall cancel the annual target assessment award on the basis of punishment in the district, and the borrowed or temporary personnel shall be returned or dismissed.

4. In case of absenteeism, lateness, leaving early, cell phone ringing, etc., the annual target assessment award will be cancelled on the basis of the punishment in the whole region.

5. If the violation of the above provisions has a significant impact, the person in charge of the department where the party is located and the leaders of all lines shall be held accountable and given the same punishment.
