One: before graduation, if you have obtained APS student status certificate.
1: Before leaving school, the following materials are required: the original four-year complete transcripts of the university, the original degree certificate and the original graduation certificate.
Use the above originals to the notary office to supplement the following materials for APS to review.
Complete transcripts of the university for four years: at least 1 Chinese and English university seal.
Degree certificate: N copies of notarial certificate in Chinese and German were made, and 1 copy was received by the audit department, 1 copy was used for visa submission, and the rest were taken to Germany for later use.
Graduation certificate: n notarial certificates in Chinese and German (same as above).
Four-year college transcripts are sealed in Chinese and English, and both Chinese and English official documents are ready to be taken with you when you leave the country. It is suggested that the degree certificate and diploma be made into official documents of China and Germany.
Suggestion: 5 -8 university stamp envelopes should be opened from the school, that is, sealed and stamped with the official seal of the school. Keep the original transcripts in English and Chinese for future use in Germany.
2. Remittance of the audit fee for the supplementary examination certificate (please keep the remittance slip after remitting the supplementary examination fee after 500 yuan to the audit department. )

Visa materials
In principle, visas for studying abroad, preparing for studying abroad and university exchange programs are submitted at APS, which is responsible for forwarding visa applications to the visa offices of embassies and consulates. In order to get a visa in time, you should submit a visa application at least six weeks before entering school.
The processing cycle of visa applications received by the visa offices of embassies and consulates is at least 4 weeks, and in some cases, the processing time will be longer. Usually German embassies and consulates will issue visas valid for 3 or 6 months. You must report to the Aliens Administration immediately after entering the country and obtain a valid residence permit.
