On February 10, Xinhe County held a centralized groundbreaking ceremony for key projects in the first quarter of 2022. Han Fei, secretary of the county party committee, Wang, leader of the 13th inspection team of the municipal party committee, Cheng Yufeng, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, Yuan Jichuan, Ji Zhiyong and Yuan Guangzhong attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

Jiaozuo City is located in the northwest of Henan Province, bordering Taihang Mountain in the north, Jincheng City in Shanxi Province, the Yellow River in the south, Zhengzhou City and Luoyang City across the river, Xinxiang City in the east and Jiyuan City in the west. Jiaozuo, known as Yang Shan and Huaizhou in ancient times, is one of the central areas of the early activities of the Chinese nation, with existing sites of Peiligang culture, Yangshao culture and Longshan culture.
