The task of this geological disaster emergency plan drill is: induced by continuous rainfall and heavy rainfall, the mountain behind the reconstruction and resettlement area of Xiazitang in Tianping Town appears landslide, and it is possible to continue to develop. The situation is very urgent, so it is necessary to immediately start the emergency plan for sudden geological disasters in Tianping Town. Under the direct leadership of the county people's government, Tianping Town Government will organize schools and relevant departments to carry out their respective duties, rescue safely in the shortest time, evacuate 83 people in dangerous areas, and take effective disaster prevention and mitigation measures as soon as possible.

Seven, the implementation steps of emergency drills
(1) Preparations for emergency drills
1. Hold an emergency drill coordination meeting.
In order to ensure the success of the emergency drill and embody the unity of unified command, rapidity and efficiency, and departmental coordination, an emergency drill coordination meeting was held in the first meeting room of the county government at 6: 00 on April 24th, 1965. 3. Preparation before exercise
(1) The leaders of each working group (including the leader of the emergency rescue team) concentrated on familiarizing themselves with the environment at 8: 30 on April 26th, 20 13 (contact: Liao Jie).
(2) each group leader should be familiar with the plan, clear responsibilities. Please prepare for the contents to be reported in advance (see Annex 1 for details).
(3) Before 7: 00/KLOC-0 on the day of the drill, all relevant personnel in the town who are responsible for the preparation of the drill should set up temporary tents and all emergency materials should be in place. Other participants arrived at 7: 00, and invited guests entered at 7: 00.
4. Preparation of materials and personnel
All participating departments should be clear and familiar with their responsibilities and tasks, and prepare the following related materials and personnel in strict accordance with the requirements of the drill plan:

The situation is very urgent, and the town government is requested to send personnel to deal with it in time.

(5) Investigation report of Wu Weiming Monitoring Group (telephone): Induced by continuous rainfall and heavy rainfall, the back mountain of Xiazitang resettlement area in Tianping Town has landslide, with an area of about 1 000 square meters, and there are signs of further expansion, endangering the lives and property of nearby villagers. The situation is very urgent, so it is suggested to start the emergency plan for geological disasters.
(6) Mayor of Wei Lu (telephone): Please ask the office to immediately call all the affected member units to the headquarters for consultation.
(7) Wei Lu called the leaders of the group to the headquarters for consultation: According to the report of the information group and the monitoring group, the mountain behind the Xiazitang resettlement area in Tianping Town suffered a landslide of about 1 1,000 cubic meters, which showed signs of further expansion, endangering the lives and property of villagers. The situation is very urgent, so it is decided to start the emergency plan for geological disasters in Tianping Town. Please follow the requirements of the geological disaster rescue and relief plan, and organize all members to concentrate on the Tian Ping Town Land Office for emergency rescue.
