Inquired by the Finance Bureau of Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, Zhuo was not put on file for investigation, but resigned as a full-time external director of Liuzhou Financial Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. On June 2, 2023, Liuzhou Finance Bureau issued the Notice on Dismissal of Board Members of Guangxi Liuzhou Financial Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., removing Zhuo Guangxi Liuzhou Financial Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. as a full-time external director and replacing him with Ye Jianping and Zhou Anle.

Zhuo, a former full-time external director of Guangxi Liuzhou Financial Investment Development Group Co., Ltd., is currently an external director of Guangxi Liuzhou Water Investment Group Co., Ltd.
