At the meeting, the planning and design of Guiyang Industrial Park and Qidong New Town were introduced. Qidong New Town is located in the west of the county seat, with a planned area of 7.45 square kilometers from Yongxiang South Road in the east, Chengxi Road and Zhongfeng Road in the west, Gui Xiang Railway in the north and Qidong New Railway Station in the south. The overall planning requirements are beautiful environment, convenient transportation, reasonable layout, suitable for business and living. Guiyang Industrial Park is located in the northeast of Guiyang Town, with a total land area of 2.45 square kilometers and a sustainable population of 6.5438+0.7 million. The industrial zone is dominated by the introduction of foreign technology and labor-intensive first-and second-class industries, supplemented by third-class industries. The planning considers the coordinated development of the eastern part of our county as a whole, and relies on the infrastructure of Guiyang Town to realize intensive superior resources, complementary industries and regional resource sharing.
Ceng Xiangyue and Lei Gaofei pointed out that it is a strategic decision and a realistic choice to expand Qidong New Town and develop Guiyang Industrial Park. Its planning and design is basically reasonable, but it needs to be improved. We should base ourselves on the long-term, adjust measures to local conditions, standardize the system, highlight the characteristics, fully reflect the scientific and forward-looking, and build a first-class modern new city and industrial zone.
