Among them, the specific way to merge Wuhan Xingjing Wei Wu Culture and Sports Development Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Wei Wu E-sports Network Technology Co., Ltd. is that the investor shareholders subscribe for Wuhan Xingjing's new capital contribution at the evaluation price of its Shenzhen capital contribution.

As well as the founder shareholders of Micro Dance Square and equity incentive platform, entered Wuhan Xingjing by subscribing for new capital at a fair price, thus forming a group structure with Wuhan Xingjing Wei Wu Culture and Sports Development Co., Ltd. as the parent company of the group.

He Youjun, founder of V5 brand and president of Macau E-sports Association, and Sun Liwei, founder of eStar brand, are co-CEOs of Star Crystal Wei Wu.
