The key management areas shall implement rabies immunization and annual inspection system, and dogs that have not been immunized and registered shall not be kept.
Dogs shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) Residents should keep dogs legally, civilly and scientifically. When walking dogs, they should bring "four ones": dog tag, dog chain, dog mouth and tongue depressor.
(2) Dogs are prohibited from entering institutions, hospitals, schools, venues, shopping malls and public places where dogs are prohibited; Dogs are not allowed to take public transport other than small taxis; Effective restraint measures must be taken when taking the dog in the elevator.
(three) in key management areas with dogs out of the house, must be led by people with full capacity for civil conduct, must avoid pedestrians, especially the elderly, pregnant women and children; Dog owners must immediately clean up the waste such as feces discharged by dogs.
(4) Raising dogs shall not interfere with the normal life, work and study of others, and shall not allow or drive dogs to intimidate or attack others. If the dog causes harm to others, the dog owner shall immediately send the victim to a medical institution for treatment and pay the necessary expenses, and bear corresponding civil liabilities according to law. If the circumstances are serious, they shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
(five) dog owners should be strictly self-disciplined, and have the responsibility to domesticate dogs and develop civilized and good behavior habits.
