Ren Yuling was born in June of 1938+00. 1960 After graduating from Nankai University in June, he stayed in school to teach. Later, he worked in China Academy of Sciences, State Science and Technology Commission and other departments. He used to be the chief engineer of China Spark Company of State Science and Technology Commission and the vice mayor of Beihai. He used to be deputy mayor of Beihai, Guangxi, member of the 8th CPPCC, member of the 9th and 10th Standing Committee, counselor of the State Council, and dean of the Institute of East, Central and West Regional Development and Reform.
In 2002, at the age of 64, he was hired as a counselor in the State Council, and it has been seven years since then. In the past seven years, he made many suggestions, which had great influence and was called "Ren Yuling phenomenon" by the media. The translated books include Petroleum Fermentation and Using Microorganisms to Purify the Environment. His works include Bioengineering in China and I Accept the North Sea.
He has published more than 200 articles, such as "Vigorously promoting urbanization and promoting the development of the western region" and "Accelerating agricultural industrialization and rural development". During my work in the State Science and Technology Commission, I participated in the management of tackling key scientific and technological problems in the Sixth Five-Year Plan (Biotechnology), the formulation of the Seventh Five-Year Plan (Biotechnology), the drafting of the development outline of high technology (Biotechnology) and the implementation of the national Spark Plan.
1992 was commended by the State Science and Technology Commission, 1993 was awarded the first-class salary by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, 1995 was commended by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and awarded the title of National Excellent Member by China Democratic National Construction Association, and 1996 was awarded two medals for civilized construction service exchange meetings by democratic parties and the Federation of Industry and Commerce.
