"Heat" must be carried and transmitted through the carrier. The carrier can be a solid, such as a metal; Liquid, such as water; It can also be gas. The main transmission modes of heat are convection, conduction and radiation. In recent years, a heat transfer mode-heat pipe has emerged, which can transfer heat from one end to the other quickly, with almost no resistance, and the heat transfer speed is more than 1000 times that of copper. It transfers heat through the phase change of working medium in vacuum. Heat pump is a kind of compressor driven by electricity. It can be used as an air pump or vacuum pump in both positive and negative actions, but it hides its most superior characteristics.
Heat pump is mainly used for the phase change cycle of closed-loop cold-heat exchange of working medium, which can be regarded as a deformed heat pipe with driving force in the middle. Therefore, the heat released by the heat pump water heater into the water is not generated by the electric heater, but the heat source is "carried" into the water by the heat pump water heater unit. The working process can be simply regarded as that after the heat absorption end absorbs heat, the working medium evaporates (evaporator), is compressed by the heat pump compressor, and then is transferred to the water for heat release, and then condensed into liquid (condenser), and then returns to the heat absorption end through the loop. Therefore, at present, the hot water temperature of the central air conditioning hot and cold water unit is set at 45℃, and the unit cannot be started when it is MINUS 5℃ in winter.
The working principle of air conditioning cold and hot water unit and heat pump hot water unit is the same, and they all follow the principle of inverse Carnot cycle. The difference is that Liang Shu heat pump water heater is a professional hot water production equipment with high efficiency, low energy consumption, safety and environmental protection. It can easily generate hot water at 60℃ or even 75℃, without overheating of the compressor and normal system pressure.
