Li Wanchun is responsible for the work content:
1. Technical guidance and decision support: provide professional technical guidance and decision support for the formulation and implementation of emergency management policies, and ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of relevant policies and technical measures.
2. Hazard source identification and risk assessment: participate in or lead the identification, assessment and control of various disaster risks, production safety risks and public safety risks, including risk judgment in high-risk areas such as mines, dangerous chemicals and confined space operations.
3. Preparation and drill of emergency plan: Responsible for or guiding the preparation of various emergency plans, including the overall emergency plan at the national level and the special emergency plan for specific disaster types, and organizing or supervising the implementation of emergency drills to improve emergency response capability and coordination efficiency.
4. Technology R&D and popularization and application: promote R&D and innovation of emergency management related technologies, popularize advanced emergency rescue technologies and equipment, and improve the scientific and technological level of emergency rescue.
5. Accident investigation and statistical analysis: lead or participate in the investigation of major safety accidents, analyze the causes of accidents, and propose preventive and improvement measures. At the same time, it is responsible for the statistical analysis of safety production and disasters and accidents, and provides data support for policy formulation and risk prevention and control.
