First, the second interview form
In order to prevent and control the epidemic and reduce the flow and gathering of people, in 2022, the postgraduate enrollment re-examination in our school adopted the network remote re-examination method, mainly video interview. In principle, there is no written test link for online remote re-examination. If there is a written test, relevant propositions, invigilation, marking and other requirements shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of the preliminary examination of the 2022 postgraduate entrance examination. Each college determines its own professional knowledge assessment form, and the professional knowledge assessment and foreign language listening and speaking test are all conducted in the re-examination, which is organized by each college and the results are included in the total score of the re-examination.
The ideological and political theory examinations of accounting (MPAcc), business administration (MBA), logistics engineering and management are conducted by the colleges in the second interview, and the results are included in the total score of the second interview.
Candidates who participate in the re-examination with the same academic ability must try at least two professional undergraduate courses related to their major. The additional test subjects shall not be the same as the initial test subjects. The additional test method is written test. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who apply for a master of law (illegal studies), a master of business administration or a master of engineering management may not take the exam. Colleges and universities should fully understand the conditions of candidates' online remote re-examination before the re-examination, and arrange candidates to do a good job in remote video testing in advance. For candidates who do not have the conditions for remote video re-examination, the college will provide necessary and reasonable support and help according to the candidates' application, and the specific plan will be reported to the graduate school for the record in advance.
All colleges should strictly manage the re-examination process, strictly guard against taking the exam, and achieve "two identifications" (face identification and witness identification) and "four comparisons" (comparison between the database of registration, the database of student status, the database of population information and the database of integrity files). To prevent cheating in exams, it is necessary to achieve "one platform" (in principle, the remote re-examination platform is unified) and "three randomness" (randomly selecting the order of candidates, randomly determining the members of the tutor group, and randomly selecting re-examination questions). After the exam, all freshmen will be given a comprehensive review within 3 months after entering the school, and those who fail to pass the review will be disqualified; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handed over to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.
Candidates' qualification examination, political examination materials and other materials (such as candidates' resumes, university transcripts, graduation thesis, scientific research achievements, expert recommendation letters, etc.). ) are submitted in electronic form (see the follow-up notice for specific requirements and collection methods). If there are other paper materials that need to be submitted, they can be sent to the Admissions College by express delivery according to the time specified by the College. The psychological test of candidates is jointly organized by the school mental health education center and the admissions college.
The college should sign the Letter of Commitment for Integrity Re-examination with the candidates one by one to ensure the authenticity of the submitted materials and the integrity of the re-examination process. Strengthen the supervision of the second interview process, prevent fraud, and make detailed records and records of the whole process of the second interview. The re-examination record form is finally scored and signed by the professional re-examination team members, and then submitted to the graduate school for archiving, and the audio and video are archived by the college for future reference.
Second, the second interview content
The professional re-examination team comprehensively examines the candidates' ideological and political quality, moral quality, professional knowledge, comprehensive quality, foreign language communication ability and scientific research innovation ability through interview results, university transcripts, graduation thesis, scientific research achievements, expert recommendation letters and other materials. The interview questions should be as comprehensive and open as possible, and the interview time should be no less than 20 minutes.
If the professional re-examination team independently organizes the evaluation of candidates' foreign language communication ability, it shall select and set up at least two experts with high foreign language communication ability to carry out the evaluation of candidates' foreign language communication ability in related disciplines (majors), and the score of foreign language communication ability accounts for 20% of the re-examination results.
In order to improve the effectiveness of the re-examination, enrollment institutions can determine the content and scoring standard of the re-examination according to the characteristics of disciplines (majors). The second interview content should generally include the following basic aspects:
(1) Professional quality and ability
(1) learning situation and achievements in the university stage;
(2) Candidates' mastery of theoretical knowledge and application skills in this discipline (major), their ability to find, analyze and solve problems by using the theories they have learned, their understanding of the development trend of this discipline, and their development potential in this professional field;

(2) Comprehensive quality and ability

The interview time, the difficulty of the test questions and the evaluation criteria of the results of the re-examination teams in the same discipline (major) should be unified.
Third, the admission rules
1. Ideological and political quality and moral examination are important links to ensure the quality of graduate students. All colleges should strictly follow the principle of seeking truth from facts and do a good job in examinations. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted. The examination of ideological and political quality and moral character mainly examines the actual performance of the candidates themselves, which should include the candidates' political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, law-abiding, honesty and trustworthiness. At the same time, the college should organize ideological and political work departments, enrollment departments and tutors to interview candidates and directly understand their ideological and political situation. You can also take the form of "correspondence" or "sending someone out" to assess the ideological and political quality and moral character of candidates. After the list of candidates to be admitted is confirmed, the college should send a letter to the unit where the candidates work to obtain personnel files (or file audit opinions) and their actual performance and other materials, and comprehensively inspect their ideological, political and moral status. The written materials of the candidates' actual performance need to be sealed by the candidates' personal files or the personnel and political work departments of their units.
2. After the candidates are admitted, they will go to the local hospital for physical examination (the candidates in school can also go to the school hospital for physical examination within the specified time) and send the paper physical examination report to the proposed college before April 30, and the electronic physical examination report will be sent to the mailbox of the proposed college. Those who pass the medical examination will be given an admission notice. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of College Students (J.F. [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling the Detection of Hepatitis B Projects for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2).
3. According to the enrollment plan, re-examination admission implementation plan, candidates' initial and re-examination results, ideological and political performance, and physical and mental health status, the leading group for college graduate enrollment will select the best candidates. Candidates who have passed the first voluntary retest in each major must be admitted first, and the remaining enrollment plan is used to recruit transfer candidates. After the second interview, each college will report the grading records and other materials to the graduate school in time. The list of candidates to be admitted shall be uniformly publicized on the graduate enrollment information website of the school, and the publicity time shall not be less than 10 working days.
4. All colleges shall, in accordance with the relevant procedures and requirements of postgraduate re-examination, openly, fairly, objectively and fairly carry out the adjustment, re-examination and admission, and conscientiously implement the record work of re-examination interviews and other related links. If the candidates who participated in the re-examination but were not admitted raise questions, the relevant institutions should be responsible for investigating and understanding the relevant situation and making necessary explanations to the candidates.
5. Part-time graduate students recruit on-the-job targeted employment personnel. Graduate students with targeted employment should sign targeted employment agreements with enrollment units and employers respectively before being admitted.
Candidates applying for a master's degree and problems arising from their work units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. If the candidate cannot be re-examined or admitted as a result, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate himself.
6. Undergraduate graduates and candidates who can graduate from self-study exams and online education at that time, who have not obtained a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma at the time of admission, have invalid admission qualifications.
7. After the freshmen report for duty, the college will conduct a comprehensive review of their ideological and political, professional level and health status, and those who do not meet the standards will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
8. Candidates who practise fraud in the second interview and violate the requirements of the second interview discipline will be disqualified once verified. Those who have obtained the admission qualification or student status shall be disqualified.
