Jiangsu Tongshan people. According to official website, Jaco, male, born in June of 1974 and June of 10, is a native of Tongshan, Jiangsu Province. He joined China in June 2008, and joined the work in August 1996. He graduated from China University of Mining and Technology with a major in law. He is currently the Party Secretary and Director of Gulou District Statistics Bureau of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
