Embezzlement of state-owned assets for the purpose of illegal possession is extremely huge; Abuse of power for personal gain, resulting in the loss of state funds, if the circumstances are particularly serious, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility for accepting bribes, corruption and abuse of power according to law.
