1. Background of the organization:
A club is basically a group of new partners who actively participate in the club in the new semester and recruitment period, and these partners know nothing about the club and the seniors in the club. Therefore, under the condition that they are not familiar with each other, the managers of the club also learn about new members and hire them according to their interview performance and resumes when they join the new member club.
When new members become a member of the club, but because they come from different colleges, there are few opportunities to meet each other, and they basically communicate in the club group. Therefore, the League building embodies its purpose and significance.
League building activities are generally initiated by the managers of the community, that is, the seniors and seniors in charge of the community. Members only need to pay part of the money, and finally everyone agrees on the time and place. League building is equivalent to meeting, chatting and getting familiar with each other.
2. Team building experience:
The photography club I joined is a similar group building activity. We get together to eat hot pot, and also talk about each other's hobbies and exchange some shooting skills. Through the group building activities, we found everyone's personality characteristics. More importantly, we also know each other better, and the strangeness between us is eliminated because of the group building. This is beneficial to the relationship between the members of our club.
Secondly, the league building is also to lay a good foundation for future activities. Because everyone is familiar with it, they are more willing to take the initiative to participate in activities like our future activities, which can well mobilize everyone's enthusiasm. Because imagine, if several strangers rarely meet each other and are unfamiliar with each other, will they be willing to spend time together to participate in activities or organize activities? As you can imagine, this is very difficult to do. Then the league building can give full play to its advantages and help the community solve this difficulty.
Generally speaking, group building can play its beneficial purpose and significance, whether from the collective perspective of the community or from the perspective of personal communication.
