Just in recent years, foreigners have come to grow watermelons in our farm shed, mostly Sancang people, so I had an idea and found a way out. When I was busy, I took care of my own fields. When I am free, I work as a temporary worker in a watermelon greenhouse, learning experience while working. In this way, I worked as a temporary worker for others for several years. With the accumulation of watermelon planting experience, I have understood what I should do now. Heaven rewards diligence, what others and outsiders can do, so can we farmers! So I took the lead in spending tens of thousands of yuan, investing more than ten acres of land and trying to grow watermelons in greenhouses. In this way, while working, I learn from other people's masters. Many things happen. After a year's hard work, the return of watermelon field is indeed much more than that of wheat and corn. Some neighbors saw the benefits of growing watermelons and joined in. I also try my best to help them enthusiastically and teach them watermelon field management techniques such as seedling raising, soil preparation, greenhouse construction, fertilization and pesticide application. Gradually, more people planted watermelons, which became a trend and eventually became an indispensable part of tricolor agriculture in Xincao Farm. I was also elected as an employee representative by the employees. This is my basic situation.

I don't think it's easy to be a worker's representative, let alone a NPC deputy. On talent, education and knowledge, I just don't know how to study, with low education and average knowledge. I deeply feel that I am far from NPC deputies. First of all, as an NPC representative, we should have a high sense of political responsibility. The people's congress system is the fundamental political system in China, and it is a political system with China characteristics. Representatives are members of state power organs at all levels. They represent the interests of the people and participate in exercising state power and managing state affairs. This feature determines that NPC deputies must have a high sense of political responsibility. Otherwise, how can people trust you to exercise state power and manage state affairs on their behalf?
