He has served as deputy director and director of Xiacheng Environmental Protection Department of Hangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, director of Xiacheng Environmental Protection Branch of Hangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, director of Personnel Department (Organization Department) of Hangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, director of Personnel Department (Organization Department) of Hangzhou Urban and Rural Construction Committee, and member of the Standing Committee of Fuyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of Organization Department.

He is currently the member of the Standing Committee of Yuhang District Committee of Hangzhou and the Minister of Organization Department.
