In the fifth year of Yongle, Queen Xu, who was only 46 years old, died, which made her heartbroken. posthumous title was "benevolent" and decided not to be an heir. I think what Xu did was enough to affect her life, which is why she was listed as the first person in the Ming Tombs after her death.
(1) descendants of Xu Da.
According to historical records, Xu Da has four sons, three daughters and nine grandchildren. After Xu Da's death, Xu Huizu, the eldest son, inherited the title of Wang Wei. The youngest son, Xu Zengshou, tipped off the Ming Emperor Judy when he went south, and died by his sword.
Xu Da's three daughters all married Zhu Yuanzhang's son. The eldest daughter married Judy, the prince of Yan, the second daughter married Zhu Gui, the acting king, and the third daughter married Zhu Ying, the king of An. After Judy, the prince of Yan, seized power and proclaimed himself emperor, Xu Fei was made queen.
Xu Da's eldest daughter is the wife of Judy, the prince of Yan. She started as a princess and was promoted to queen under Judy's counterattack. Posthumous title is the queen of Ren Xiaowen.
Xu Da's second daughter is the acting king Zhu Guifei.
Xu's third daughter, Xu, supported his brother when he was in trouble. She has a graceful figure, but insists on being single. When she was young, she refused the king's proposal of marriage. After the death of her eldest sister, Queen Xu, she refused to hire her as a queen, so she became a nun and lived alone for life.
Xu Da's four daughters are Princess Zhu Ying of King An.
————————
Xu Da's eldest son was Xu Huizu, who was named Wang Wei. When Jing was in danger, he chose to support Emperor Jianwen with a firm attitude and made great contributions. Judy hasn't changed her attitude since she entered Nanjing. Judy wants to punish him. He just wrote that his father, Xu Da, was a founding hero and his descendants survived the death. Judy had no choice but to go back to her residence and take away Wei Ganggong and his salary.
In the fifth year of Yongle, Xu Huizu died. More than a month after his death, Judy asked Xu Qin, the eldest son of Xu Huizu, to inherit Wei Guogong on the grounds that Xu Da, the king of Zhongshan, was indispensable, which meant that the title of Wei Guogong returned to his department.
Xu Da's second son is Xu Xiaoying, a hereditary commander.
Xu Da's third son, Xu Tianfu, died young.
Xu Da's fourth son was Xu Zengshou, who chose to support his brother-in-law Rebecca Judy during the Jing Nan Rebellion, and was later killed by Emperor Wen Jian. After Judy acceded to the throne, she was posthumously named the marquis of Wuyang, and later named the Duke of Dingguo. His department moved to Beijing with Judy until his death in the Ming Dynasty.
(2) The tomb of Xu Da's descendants.
In Bancang and Huayuan Road at the northern foot of Nanjing Purple Mountain, there are two prominent tombs of the founding fathers of Ming Dynasty, one is Xu Da's tomb, and the other is Li Wenzhong's tomb. Xu Da's family tomb is centered on Zhongshan Wangxuda Cemetery. After the founding of New China, the Nanjing Cultural Relics Protection Committee excavated the tombs of the third generation Sun Xu Qin of Xu Da and the fifth generation Sun Xubi of Xu Da in 1969 and 1976 respectively. Both of them are stationed in Nanjing, and both tombs are located near Nanlinda. At that time, archaeologists found that the body in Xu Biao's tomb was still well preserved, and rich cultural relics were unearthed in both tombs.
20 1 1 April, 2008, archaeologists discovered a two-room brick tomb buried by Ming couples in Lin Nan University. After excavation, it was determined that the owner of this tomb was Xu Da's sixth generation grandson and Nanjing's commander Xu. Experts found two epitaphs in the tomb, a white clay pot and a blue glazed plum blossom vase. According to reports, Xu was a native of Hongzhi and Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty. The blue glazed plum blossom bottle buried in his tomb is valuable and has been collected as the treasure of the exhibition hall in the "Yutang Boutique" boutique hall of Nanjing Museum.
The other two sets of precious cultural relics collected by Nanjing Museum-Yunlong Gold Ribbon Board and Lion Amber Ribbon Board, also come from the Ming Tombs outside the Taiping Gate, and are considered to be most likely related to the tombs of Xu Da and Li Wenzhong.
(three) hereditary for more than 200 years.
After Xu Da's wife Zhang died, Zhu Yuanzhang decided to betroth Xie Zaixing's second daughter to Xu Da. After Xu Da's death, his eldest son Xu Huizu inherited the title of Wang Wei, while his fourth son Xu Zengshou was the left governor.
When he came to power, his emperor Zhu Yunwen began to cut down his vassals. In your Wang Zizhong, his uncle Judy is a strong man, and his heart is disloyal.
Words are divided into two ends. Xu's eldest daughter married. Xu Huizu chose to stand on Wen Jian's side and support his separatist actions, while Xu Zengshou, the fourth son, chose to support Judy, the prince. In the face of Wen Jian's heckling, he chose to cover up for Judy that "the prince comes from a noble family, is his own flesh and blood, and is rich and prosperous. Why do you want to rebel? "
1399, Judy set out on the "Jun Qing side". Even so, Wen Jian still didn't blame Xu Zengshou, but entrusted Judy to the prince. Unfortunately, the "soft nature of women" never achieved great things. With 500,000 troops, Wen Jian appointed Li Jinglong and others, and the situation took a turn for the worse. Xu Zengshou has been secretly transmitting information about Beijing to Judy, and also sent a message saying that the capital is empty and can be taken directly.
1402, Judy marched across the river. In hindsight, Emperor Wen Jian realized his infidelity and asked him if he had tipped him off. Xu Zengshou naturally dared not answer. In a rage, Emperor Wen Jian killed him with his own sword. The Biography of Gong Min in Ming Taizu said: "Yan Bing committed Jinchuan Gate, and Xu Zengshou, the left governor, tried to be the enemy and was punished by him."
Unfortunately, at this time, for him, it is gone forever. When Judy entered Miyagi and saw her brother-in-law lying dead by the roadside, she couldn't help crying, but he was able to win the battle of Jingnan, which can be said to be the brother-in-law's great contribution. He was named Ding Guogong by posthumous title and inherited by his son Xu Jingchang, who was only 15 years old.
In this way, the Xu Da family is "two people in one door". Empress Xu resolutely opposed it, but was deeply moved and insisted on knighthood.
Wei Guogong and Xu Huizu are also Judy's brother-in-law. However, instead of supporting Judy's rebellion to seize power, he insisted on refusing to meet him, so he was put into prison by Judy and his salary and title were cancelled. 1407, dead. After Judy arrived, she also missed his feelings and let her eldest son inherit Wei Guogong. However, his eldest son, Xu Qin, was disliked by Judy, and he was expelled as a people until Emperor Injong succeeded to the throne. Wei Gong inherited 1 1 from Xu Daqi.
However, Xu Jingchang, who surrendered as a monarch, began to act recklessly, especially with Judy's connivance. But when Injong was in power, he caught his duke, but he soon recovered. In the next 200 years, Ding Gong passed down for nine generations. When Li Zicheng invaded Beijing, it was his successor, Xu Yunzhen, who opened Desheng Gate and was executed by Li Zicheng.
Wei Guogong and Ding Guogong live in two places. On the other hand, the descendants of Wei Guogong, even wise men, are not valued. It is undoubtedly the choice of Xu Da's two sons, Xu Zengshou and Xu Huizu, for the battle of Jingnan. (End)
